WHERE CAN I PURCHASE DOPE PRODUCTS?

You can purchase DOPE products from DOPE.com, our Los Angeles boutique at 454 North Fairfax Avenue, and select boutiques worldwide.

 


WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal as payment.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
NOTE: Duties, taxes, and/or import fees imposed by customs are NOT included in the shipping expense. DOPE is not responsible for any additional fees incurred throughout the shipment process.

 

DO YOU ACCEXPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are for store credit only. Returns will not be accepted for sale items.

All returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address. Please include a printout of your original order for quicker processing.

WILL YOU RESTOCK A PRODUCT THAT IS SOLD OUT?

All products are limited in quantity and can sell out quickly. We rarely bring back old products. We recommend a web search to check for other authorized DOPE dealers who may have it available.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders will typically be fulfilled within 3-5 business days of the order date.  Delivery times vary depending on location and service chosen. Most domestic shipments will be delivered within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for international shipments.

 

SALES TAX?

We ship from California. All orders delivered to a CA address will be charged 9.25% sales tax.

 

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.

Our site is completely secure and you should have no concerns with safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection.

 

HOW CAN I TELL IF A DOPE ITEM IS FAKE?

If you have concerns whether a product you've purchased elsewhere is authentic, please send detailed photographs to legal@dope.com and someone will verify the authenticity as soon as possible.
